What sort of farm do you have?
The farm is about 200 acres in size and we farm purely beef cattle. We have about 200 cattle in all ranging from 12 weeks to 30 months.

Are guests allowed on to the farm?
If you wish to see some cattle at close quarters or your children would like to sit on a tractor, then Philip will be more than happy to help.

Do you have a swimming pool?
We have an above ground temporary pool which is 18 ft round in the garden for the summer season.

Is there a garden for children to play in?
All the cottages have garden areas containing patio furniture. The farmhouse garden is about an acre in size and families are more than welcome to make use of it.

Are there showers or baths in the bathrooms?
Both, all bathrooms have showers over the baths.

What are arrival and departure times?
We ask guests to arrive after 3.30pm and depart by 10.30am. Earlier arrivals can be arranged as long as there are no outgoing guests.

Do you allow pets?
Well behaved dogs are allowed at a charge of £20 per week. They are not permitted on beds or soft furnishings.

What does the rental payment cover?
Our prices include all bed linen, towels, electricity and VAT. We ask guests to provide their own beach towels. We also provide an initial supply of materials to get you going, i.e. toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets amd washing liquid.

Are there places to eat locally?
There is a large selection of pubs and restaurants within a ten minute drive. Each cottage has an information pack giving details of what is available locally.

Is there off road parking?
Each cottage has parking for up to two cars.

Do you accept credit cards?
Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards, payment can be made by cheque (supported by guarantee card), travellers cheque or cash.
