TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Bookings run on a weekly basis. Clip Clop Cottage, Garden Cottage and The Old Barn run from Saturday to Saturday. The Coach House and Dairy Cottage run from Friday to Friday. Short breaks are available in off-peak periods.
   
   
2. Only telephone bookings are accepted and £100 deposit is required within seven days.
   
   
3. Confirmation of the receipt of a deposit will only be made if requested.
   
   
4. The balance due must be paid four weeks in advance of your holiday. No reminder will be given.
   
   
5. Once a booking is confirmed no money will be refunded in the event of cancellation. We recommend that guests make their own arrangements for holiday insurance.
   
   
6. No liability can be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to occupants or their property for the period of their holiday.
   
   
7. To enable us to prepare the accommodation to a high standard please arrive after 3.30pm and depart by 10.30am.
   
   
8. Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement at an additional charge of £20 per dog. Dogs are not allowed on beds or soft furnishings.
   
   
9. Smoking is not permitted in any of the cottages.
